The pinch will now result in more damage to the door and/or fender quarter panel, ultimately causing either part to bend or crease thereby resulting in increased repair costs then we are already facing. It is possible to 'bend' (adjust) this back a little in order for the door to open/close (and even slightly repair for the time being) but without the association's "okay", nothing will be attempted other than informing and placing the car "out of service". |
